This is Tanets Kot, I am Ana, Your instructor.
TANETS-KOT METHOD
Tanets Kot is a specialized muscle-strengthening training method that enhances detailed coordination by deepening brain-muscle connections through focused exercises incorporating elements of ballet and gymnastics.
The method partially follows the structure of the regular aerobic classes, but before the dinamic warm up- and stretching there is a short cap of static stretching and strengthening with a small range of motion of the limbs and the the torso to keep the body safe from injuries, yet help them to “wake up”.
You can enter the classes normally a few minutes before it starts, leave your problem outside the room, and prepare mentally, arrive with your mind too with a short self guided stretching and meditation, do as you like.
Than follows with the muscle activating strengthening which is a short session at the beginning with a few concentrated exercises close to the floor representing the “waking up” from your dreams.
Than we follow the regular aerobic regime with dinamic warm up- and stretching, get up from the floor and reach the full range of motion of the body.
After the warm ups the concentrated deep muscle training and motion control exercises follows within a likely proprioceptive training scheme. It is followed by a coordinative balance acrobatics and dance elements used session including some musical theatre features.
During the class breath techniques and choreographies also have a crutial role, as the pivot point of the session we learn new elements and present them by the end of the class.
Finishing the class with a longer active stretching part, followed by some guided meditation.

Lumberjack
Everyday practice and improvement, strengthening corrective dance classes based on basic movement patterns, proprioceptive training and balance.
Performer
Coreography & brearh focused practice, building on the Lumberjack classes add creative moves and ríthmic pattern to the practice.
Release
Stretching & meditation, releasing stress, stretching the muscles and improve balance, lead on slow music, uses meditative elements.

PERSONAL TRAINING
FOR OVERFLEXIBLE LIGAMENTS & WEAK JOINTS
You will not only train, but learn how to train on your own in a safe way for your joints.
We will start with primary use smaller weights and put coordination in focus. Understanding which planes and axises you can use and how the exercises are built up and how to work with more complex motion patterns.
We are focusing on bodybuilding bases and build a strong foundation for big weights.
The classes are health and coordination focused, not muscle size.
SESSIONS
UPPER BODY
Primary focus is on the arms, and shoulders moved and trained in single planes and multiple planes. Main goal is strengthening the muscles and balance the body position.
LOWER BODY
Focusing on the legs, feet and glutes, use weights and own body weight exercises to build a strong base to body balance and sytematically build up a lower body joint system from the ankles to the hips.
BACK & CORE
Core is one of the most important part of body balance, the main gole is to build a strong inner muscle structure that support inner organs and works together with the spine to function as the base of the body.
The sessions are in small groups 3, maximum 4 person, as it is well known that working together helps the individuals to reach a better performance due to natural teamwork, grpup spirit and healthy competitiveness.
Remember, you can learn a lot from one-another.
CORRECTIVE TRAINING INDIVIDUALLY

If you wish to attend to an individual class, let me share a few thoughts about it.
The purpose of the individual classes to break down carefully all the elements you are unsure of performing, correct body dissimmetry and increase the range of motion, strengthen the muscles where they are loose and stretch them where they are more tens than they should be.
Here, we will talk a lot, about how you feel about your body, natural positures and different exercises. How do you think about your health, what are your weknesses and strength, so we can work on to gain an extreme sense of your physical state and learn how to improve in controlling your body.
We will test your limits in proprioceptive sense and weights also, maintain a sustainable strong body.

I’ll teach you how to eat and develope a sustainable diet. Our world leads on to serve us less and less quality food options, where even the raw materials are lack of vitamins but filled with antibiotics.
So we leed to become more and more conscious about the food we choose to eat, to nourish our body.
On a regular PERSONAL TRAINING class we will talk a lot about food and nutritions.
If you feel like you need to have a deeper conversation, understanding and some written notes about the intuitive eating /which I personally prefer the most/ or about the fashionable diets like ketogene diet, intermitten fasting and so on,
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
My name is Andrea Csatlos, I am your instructor.
Call me Ana.

The sport have always been the part of my life. And I feel myself lucky that I could try myself out in various kinds of sports, started with artistic gymnastics, followed by acrobatics, interrupted by fencing, paralelled with horse riding and occasionally lingred to athletics, ended with heavy weight body building and Tanetskot.
I think it is very important to understand that competitive sport is not healthy after a certain point. Pushing yourself to the limits contains a high risk. I injured myself sevral times due to the lack of knowledge how to keep my hyperflexible joints safe.
I got involved Tanetskot method when I moved to Budapest and it taught me how to contorl my body to keep it safe during lifting heavy weights, and performe boundary pushing elements.
Here, we push our limits for sure, and step out from our comfort zone to improve, but our first principle is to keep safe.
I can’t leave dance, sing, music, feelings, creativity and hard work from my classes.
So be prepared, I can’t wait to meet!

STORY
Read the TANETSKOT story about how the method of Anastasia and Ivan created and spread
Anastasia and Ivan Tanetskot both performed at different ballet theaters of the Russian Empire. Because of several injuries, Anastasia had to quit regularly performing. She got involved in gymnastics training, but kept close to the theater and regularly attended ballet performances. One time after she became a gymnastics coach, in St. Petersburg she met with Ivan. Ivan showed a whole new point of view about the ballet and performance of men at the theater that Anastasia never knew before. They talked through night after night and quickly fell in love. Although Ivan could have a bright career ahead, he found more joy in working with Anastasia and perfect the gymnastics training method based on their different experiences and the duality of male and female ballet practice in the country.
The classes felt like practicing in a Buddhist temple. So calm, balanced and mindful.
Anastasia and Ivan were one of the perfect couples both inside the gym, and outside, in their personal lives, applying the strictness and the undeniable sadism of the russian training soul. By the time they reached the peak of their career, they decided to continue their journey in the USA, California. They have seen a promising opportunity in the gymnastics team of Los Angeles, where they managed to help the gymnasts to become the best of the bests by their own method.
During that time they were training in Californa, they got involved in the film industry and were asked to train actors. They discovered how their method could easily be used to give a strong base to martial arts and train actors to move safely in stunts. Their training gave the actors confidence and strength to perform difficult choreographies. Tanetskot used ballet to train sport and art performers to execute more precise, exact, flexible and strong motions with their body.
Yet, gymnastics were the place where these skills most mattered, and the method worked very well.
By my personal experience as a gymnast, I found that the training itself is not so much concentrated on the mental and physical balance, or at least it was the phenomenon of the Tanetskot coaches.
I met with the Tanetskot method after several injuries that I suffered during my career, and it changed the way I train, and the way I apply mental health and how I see the world.
The legendary trainer couple taught me such a duality that I feel my personal obligatory to tech to any and every person who is interested in sports. It requires a strong spine and core, a strong built from toe to top, that the ballet base can maintain, and teaches such focus, control and complexness that the performer can provide the best performance they can.
All that only requires one thing, a special glue that fixes these things together and does not let them fall apart. This is the pure love put into sport, challenges and manifested between Anastasia and Ivan during the years.
